Do you offer Best Price Guarantee?



We encourage our guests to book directly with us and avoid unnecessary fees. We offer the same convenience, security, and policies but by going direct you can save time and money.





How do I make a reservation?



For your convenience, you can send us a request via our contact page, or over the phone at (305)521-7727. Once we confirm the details of your reservation, we will prepare a short term rental agreement and email it to you. We require 50% of the total payment due at the time of booking in order to reserve Villa Palm Bay. Please note that no reservation is confirmed until we receive BOTH the signed rental agreement and the 50% of your total payment. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.





What is the check in & check out procedure?



Depends on your flight arrival time, we will schedule your check-in with our hostess for a tour of the house and to show you it’s specificities. If you prefer a self check-in and check-out, means that you are free to arrive at the property anytime after 4pm on your arrival date and check-out anytime before 11am on your departure date, please let us know and we will send you the proper details. Although we inspect the property after each departure, we encourage you to inspect the property when you arrive to ensure that there was no damage done by the previous guests or that may be beyond our control that you could be held responsible for. If you do notice any damage done to the property, please call our hostess within 24h of your check-in .






When are payments due for my Villa Palm Bay rental?



50% of your total payment is due in order to confirm your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before your arrival date. If you are within 30 days of your travel, we require payment in full.






Do you require a security deposit?



We do require a security deposit of €800.  Security deposit will be detailed on your contract.






What are some additional expenses I can anticipate (for example, airport transfert)?



The price of the rental home do not include food costs, transportation or activities. Tax and gratuity are also not included.






What is included with the home?



Kitchen cooking utensils, dishes & silverware, coffee maker, kettle, linens and towels are provided. Beach towels are provided too. Washer and iron are provided.

An ample starter supply of products are provided in the home such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, etc, and a courtesy assortment of coffee, tea, sugar, condiments, spices, etc. It will not be restocked, any additional amounts need to be provided by guest.






Is high speed Internet available?



We do have wireless high speed Internet in and around the house (balcony and deck) and it’s free.






Is the vacation home air-conditioned?



Air-condition is available in the bedrooms only. Ceiling fans are available also in bedrooms and in the living-room.






Is daily or mid-stay cleaning service available?



If you would like daily or mid-stay service, be sure to ask the owner if it can be arranged. It will be offer at an additional charge. An exit cleaning fee is required, the amount will be listed on your contract.




What if we lose a personal item?



Villa Palm Bay is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, however if you leave items behind you will be responsible for any costs involved in returning that item to you plus a $25 service fee.





What is your policy on gratuity?



Leaving a gratuity for the staff is left to the guest’s discretion.





Can we bring our pet?



No. Absolutely no pets are allowed in our home or on the premises! There is a $250 fine for any violation of this rule, along with forfeiture of the home without refund. Although we do not encourage our guests to feed crossing animals such as cats, dogs or birds. The damage incurred by these animals would be your responsibility.
